Multicultural Services Centre

This is to confirm that Mr. Dilantha Anil Wijesinghe was hired as a management consultant by the Multicultural Services Centre of WA (MSCWA), in April 2022 to prepare our 5-year strategic plan. He completed the plan successfully within the given time frame and presented this to our Board. The board approved plan is now being implemented. The following processes were carried out by him to prepare the strategic plan.

In his capacity of Management consultant, he also undertook one-on-one interviews with our Aged Care team members and supported the CEO to restructure the Aged Care programs.

On completion of the consultancy assignment MSCWA offered Mr. Wijesinghe an Executive Manager position on a 1-year fixed term contract, which he accepted. He has remained in employment since 14th June 2022.

He is responsible for the overall Corporate Services of MSCWA which includes: Human Resources Management, ICT, Compliance, Risk Management, Governance, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, fund raising projects, Business Development and Strategic Planning.

As part of his responsibility in the area of Learning and Development, he has also carried out 2 training programs for internal staff on “The Power of Planning” and “Team Spirit”.

He has also undertaken other short-term assignments as and when needed including preparing a growth-related plan for our disability Services program. He is currently setting up MSC Consultancy Services.
